Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
CliniVet is a veterinary clinic management platform built in Egypt. This policy explains what information this website collects when you ask to join our pilot, and how we handle it. It covers this marketing website only — not the CliniVet app used inside clinics.
What we collect
When you submit the pilot request form, we collect the details you enter: your clinic name, your name, and phone or WhatsApp number, plus — if you choose to add them — your role, city, number of branches, and any notes.
Please do not send us any medical records, customer data, or animal records through this form.
For security, our server briefly reads your IP address to limit spam and abuse. It is used only at the moment you submit and is not stored with your request.
How we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about the CliniVet pilot and answer your request.
We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it goes
Your form submission is delivered to our team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. It is not saved to a public database on this website.
Resend processes the message only to deliver it to us. As part of that delivery, your details may be handled on servers outside Egypt.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not build a profile of your visit.
The one cookie we set is functional: when you switch between English and Arabic, we store that choice for a year so the site opens in your language next time. It holds nothing else and identifies no one.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your pilot request while we evaluate and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will remove it from our records.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through this form. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

We may update this policy as the product grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
